Not sure if anyone answered those questions, so yeah...:

The sprites that people tend to use in their siggies are from this site. You can use programs as basic as MS Paint to make a siggy. You can get much more fancy if you had programs like Photoshop, which is the program I use to make banners, including my own.

TBT bells are the forum's currency. You get them from posting, from other users, and interest from the bank. Forget if there's others. You can use them to buy collectibles, such as the elusive pokeball, expand your mailbox, change the color of your title text, etc. You can also use them to give to other people, like if you wanna buy something off someone, or request something.

I have a signature shop (link's in my siggy below) where you can request me to make you a banner for TBT bells. Requests are still closed for now until Nov. 2nd, but people can request to be on the PM list and I'll notify them when they can post on the thread, prior to the official re-open date.
