Hi everyone!
I've been playing Animal Crossing since 2006 or so when I first got Wild World. I wasn't big into gaming at the time, but I remember seeing an ad for it, maybe on the back of a Nintendogs manual, and I got it for my birthday that year. I put a lot of hours into that game, but I'm not sure what I was doing because my house never got to be very big! Later on when I was 11-12, I would play the game more and more during that time because we were moving and had to go back and forth between houses, so playing ACWW was perfect for those long car rides! I have a lot of nostalgia for that game specifically.
I was excited for City Folk but never got to play it much because the fan in my Wii stopped working and it was impossible to play for long periods of time, so I went back to ACWW and played that until New Leaf came out! ACNL I played daily for over a year and then regularly after that, I always found something to do, even while time travelling (I've time travelled ever since I was a kid, sorry!).
Even if I hardly played City Folk, I remember visiting this forum for tips! Now with New Horizons out, maybe I have a reason to sign up and participate properly.
Not sure how many people dump their life story into these introductory posts but I always feel like I have to. I have to introduce myself, right?
