Help! Forgot Password and im unable to access my email!

So about 1 month ago i changed my password and now i don't remember it anymore :c

However that's not the only problem here : The email which i created my account i also forgot the password
Infact , last time i used that email was around June 2015 or October 2015

I have tried contacting microsoft to get my email back but whenever i do it i will always get a response saying :
"You haven't provided to us helpful information"

The thing here i want to ask is : Can mods let me change my email without having to put my password?

By the way, you've probably just forgotten your Outlook password or even address (since it can end with @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @hotmail.co.uk, @live.com etc.). I logged into an account on there for the first time in 5+ years and it was weird seeing my MSN contacts disappear and my transparent animated GIF profile picture breaking the interface, since they're no longer allowed. I recommend you use the "forgot password" option on there to recover your account with whatever recovery methods you have in place, such as other addresses, phone numbers or your 25 character recovery code.

Right, which is why these things are thoroughly investigated before any action is taken. It's not as simple as taking someone's word for things and handing them the account, nor would we approach something like this with such a lax attitude.

I suppose I didn't feel the need to be overly verbose in my reply just to prove to those outside the situation that things had been appropriately and/or thoroughly investigated before action was taken. In any event, you're more than welcome to drop me a PM anytime if you have concerns about the way something was handled.
