HELP!!! I need to stop a villager from moving!

Okay, so I really like Fuchsia, obviously. I was TTing around when I came into a new day, everyone started telling me Fuchsia was thinking of moving but I talked to Fuchsia to the point where she didn't let me talk to her and she was "thinking." I already have her picture so there's no more development for our friendship, but I don't want her to leave!

I'm really scared she's going to move out beyond my control and I really don't want her to ;-; how can I stop her?

You'll just have to keep spam talking to her, and try to get her to do the !! animation at you so that maybe she'll come up and tell you. If she's not in boxes yet then it's not a problem, just don't advance to the next day. TTing an hour or so into the future might help. The last time I had someone tell me a villager was moving, I just kept saving and restarting until that villager rushed up and told me.

So basically - just keep trying to get her attention. The !! animation is probably the easiest way to get them to tell you.
