Okay well I really feel dumb asking this but I now have a second game to cycle and find my dreamies, but this is proving way harder then I thought. How exactly do you make someone move out easily? How many days do you move forward/backwards? What are your methods? Because now I have Anhka in my town that I want to move out but she is as stubborn as ever. I have talked to her very much and assumed that if I was better friends with her, she'd PING me to move out but NO. Hahaha help me oh wise people that TT people out and that cycle D:

Precautions before TTing
? ?Beautiful Town? ordinance. Or your flowers will wilt.
? Do not time travel more than 4 days at a time. After a week without speaking to villagers, they get sad.
? TTing forward 1 day and backward 1 day= 2 days.
? Don?t go by dates, go by days. Example: if today is the 3rd and Ugly is moving on the 6th count it as 3 days.
TTing for moving prompt
? It?s SAFE to TT 4 days instantly IF: you just declined a villager from moving/ someone just moved out/ someone just moved in.
? TT 2 days at a time after. Talk to all villagers (esp. Snooty) for rumors of moving. If no rumors, can TT another 2 days.
? You know a villager is already boxes (for trade or kicking) when Isabelle prompts ?Ugly is moving today, isn?t that sad??
? No matter how many days you TT backwards= 1 day
I got Ugly to move but they reconsidered?!
? RESET! RESET! RESET!
? Avoid that villager like the plague until moving day.
Cherry picking who to move
? Make a new character and introduce yourself to every villager.
? Talk to everyone else (with that character) except Ugly every time you TT.
Cherry picking spot for villagers moving in
? Set time to 6:00AM on the day the villager is putting down their plot of land.
? Make a new character.
? Reset until you find the spot you like. If you like it, finish the introduction until you can save.
? Someone will move in after 2 days if you have less than 8 villagers.

Haha, Gamzee! That's a great guide! So...the cherry picking who to move hasn't worked out for me. Ugly refuses to move while two others have already asked. And Ugly isn't my 10th but is the only one I want to move out.
When that certain villager decides not to move out, you can get them to ping you again after closing without saving and they'll tell you an exact move out date...if you want to know...

Worked on my new town filled to the brim with hideous villagers 100%
Basically: The needed factor.
If we have a dreamie give it a ton of attention and get its picture the game says NO! YOU CANT HAVE IT.
So they shake it up and try to make it move befriending takes up to a month. So that option is very time consuming
Casual talking takes 2-3 weeks to move.
And The MEET AND GREET when an unwanted moves in greet it AND NEVER EVER SPEAK TO IT. EVER.
Beating the villager will put it in the befriending and that'll take 2-3 weeks.
We don't want that we want meet and greet.
So after you greet it IF YOU TRIED to beat it a new character to meet it and greet it will save you.
Now when it pings and is ready to move DO NOT TALK TO IT. Simply run and talk to your villagers to see who is moving now meet and greet takes a WEEK to move.
Because its in UNneeded.

You don't want Ankha??? She is almost everybody's dreamie! You lucky son-of-a-gun, you! You can sell her probably for a TON of bells. (I don't have any) but many do. Try the villager trading forum and I'm sure someone will help you out so they can snap her up.
I have one last important question! What if I followed everything all of you have told me and well, no one wants to move? I mean like no pings, no rumors of someone moving, nothing/zipzap/nada? D: even TTed thousands of times, went from October to July by 2 days and I mean no one, NO ONE wanted to move. Did I break my game or something? D:

It's possible nobody wants to move, it's luck based really.
If you don't care about who moves out, just TT one day at a time and eventually Ankha will be in boxes.
