Help: issue with inviting friends

Hey, all, someone is having difficulties visiting my town. I'm wondering if one or two other people could quickly visit my town to see if this is just an issue between me and the other person. I appreciate your help!

No, someone on here. They reported to have this issue with other people's towns now, too. Any idea why this might be happening for them?

It's possible that one of your visitors has a NAT type which prevents them from interacting with other users with conflicting NAT types.

Well I was going to say like maybe they blocked you when you might had met them on the island long ago and you don't remember their name because it was long ago.
