You need to use your words (your grammar, too) in a better way so we can understand. She's asking how exactly do you want help? Are you wanting someone to show you how to unlock the Cafe? Are you wanting help to find a place in your town for the Cafe? Are you needing help to fund money for the Cafe?
"I want to be nice mayor to my villagers" doesn't help anyone understand you.
