Help me choose my villagers!

Okay, so I've got a third town (I know, I know!) called Legend. It is an urban town full of scary urban legends. I'm trying to decide on what villagers I want to move in town. I want one of each type of personality and then the other two can be whatever. I am not opposed to having more than one species of animal in my town, but I'm not sold on it yet either.

So here is who I'm for sure going to have:
- Fauna the Normal Deer
- Raddle the Lazy Frog
- Kyle the Smug Wolf
- Renee the Uchi Rhino
- Kevin the Jock Pig

So I still need a Peppy, a Snooty, and a Cranky. Here are my choices.

Spoiler: Peppy

Bella
Pros: She'll be the rock n roll girl counterpart to Kyle
Cons: I don't love her house and if I pick Tiffany, that might be too many "edgy" looking characters in one town. I don't want them to look too similar

Winnie
Pros: She's very cute and you don't really see too many horse villagers in town that Aren't Julian
Cons: She... doesn't really scream metropolitan

Carmen
Pros: She looks like a modern city girl.
Cons: Her house is just sort of... meh.

Dotty
Pros: She has the coolest house!
Cons: She has a pretty bland design. Also there are a lot of rabbits on this list.

Vivian
Pros: She looks super metro and her house is cute and looks like a studio apartment
Cons: I already have a wolf and also she might be harder to find.

Gigi
Pros: Her house screams rooftop penthouse, which I love. Her makeup is cute too.
Cons: I already have a frog.

Naomi
Pros: I love her design! I've also had her in another town, so I know I like her. She's a cow and not many people have cows that I've seen.
Cons: I don't love her house design. It doesn't scream "city" to me.

Tiffany
Pros: Definitely a city girl with a nice house and makeup.
Cons: If I go with Bella, she may be too similar. Also, she looks mean. :'(

Claudia
Pros: She's already in my town and I like her home.
Cons: Her design is not great.

Spoiler: Cranky

Gaston
Pros: His house is a perfect cheap apartment-single bachelor doesn't clean up after himself kind of thing.
Cons: I don't LOVE his design.

Vladimir
Pros: Cool construction zone house.
Cons: Not in love with a pink boy bear as a cranky.

Bruce
Pros: One of my favorites from forever! He's also got a cool construction zone/empty lot house.
Cons: I already have a deer AND someone in the same outfit as him to be the delinquent schoolboy.

Frank
Pros: Not a lot of people have eagle villagers and his house looks like it could be a city gym.
Cons: I am not really feeling him that much.

Dobie
Pros: Resident old cranky man in the neighborhood.
Cons: I don't love his house and I already have a wolf.

These are ones I like for the idea of my town, but I'm not sold on them. I also already have one of their types, so this would just be lagniappe (and that is your cajun word of the day from me)!

Derwin the lazy duck
Pros: His house looks like a school! Of course we need a school!
Cons: One of my alt's houses will look like a school. Also I don't love his facial expression.

Kidd the smug goat
Pros: Cute young bachelor living on his own.
Cons: I... can't really think of one, unless I get another goat to move into town.

Graham the smug hamster
Pros: Nerd-o house
Cons: He creeps me out a little bit. He looks like a secret pervert. Which actually might go well with a city town, lol.

Sylvana the normal squirrel
Pros: She's so cute! And her house could be a tiny bakery or ramen shop or something
Cons: She might be hard to get.

Billy the jock goat
Pros: Another old man! He's very cute!
Cons: I think his house might be too zen for my town.

Bettina the normal mouse
Pros: Cute lil restaurant girl!
Cons: She seems bland.

Help me, please! I'm torn! Make your case for your favorite of my options.

These would be my personal choices of villagers and please note, they're my favorites that I wouldn't mind having in my town, so that's why I would pick them. I would pick Carmen, Vivian, Frank and Sylvana as the added option. Those are just some suggestions. You don't have to listen to them.

Of the ones you listed, my votes are; Carmen, Vivian, Bruce, and Kidd. Extra emphasis on Bruce. I absolutely adore Bruce. If write-ins are allowed, perhaps Roscoe? His design can be deemed scary (I affectionately call him my demon horse), although I'm unsure if his house fits what you want. Just a thought, at least!

I also love Bruce, but I’m worried his whole style is gonna be too similar to Kevin.

These would be my picks based on what your theme is:

For peppy, I would choose Bella. The first time I saw her, I thought she looked awesome and I'd love to have her in my town some day. Her punk vibe would go well in an urban town.

For snooty, I would pick Naomi. I have her in Nocturne right now and I like her a lot. Plus, she's not a villager you see very often. I think her home looks classy like a rich socialite. Plus, she's got those eyes...

Cranky is a toss-up for me. I love Bruce. He's been in Sakura for a while now but I'll be moving him to Nocturne when that town is ready. But I understand your cons. Although, he and Kevin could be in the same gang. Gaston also seems like a good choice. He sort of looks like the old man living all alone and complaining about everyone and everything. Also, while I understand your reservations about Vladimir, he was in my husband's town for a while and I grew quite attached. He comes across as the crass construction guy perfectly despite his appearance. My husband even said he led a gang in his town and he witnessed him bullying other villagers to join. LOL

For your extras, I like Kidd, Derwin, or Bettina.

As much as I love Bruce, I'm thinking I might do Gaston for my cranky. I really like the idea of a weirdo cranky single man. I also already have Claudia in my town, so I might keep her as my snooty. But if Naomi comes my way, I might take her. I'm also leaning toward Bella as my Peppy. As for my two extra, I'm for sure gonna go for Kid... and then I'm gonna try to get Sylvana!!!

My vote is Dotty, Gigi, and Gaston. For extras, I vote Graham and Kidd. I have had Dotty, Gigi, and Graham before, and I loved all of them! Hope this helps!
