help me design an OC ; u ;

So idk I'm not good at designing OCs but I really want a super cute OC and I need your help!

I'm trying to make an OC based on this little bat guy I adopted:

And so far I've only done a headshot.

Apparently I've drawn my OC to look like a sundae vampire with sprinkles or something.

The headshot is very very far from the bat buuut I really love the pastel candy-like color scheme of the bat so those are the main colors I want to implement on my OC ;v;

Anyway the main thing I need at the moment are ideas for my OC's outfit! I really want her to wear a dress but I have no idea where to start or how to design a dress, I'm not very good with imagining outfits so it would be nice if you guys could help me c:

When you said "candy" I immediately thought of the wreck it ralph candy racing girls.

Take a look at their outfits and start there, maybe? Mix and match some of those designs?

Aha! As soon as you mentioned bats I instantly thought of my avatar on line play. Me and my friends avatars are little bats:
