So I've been trying to get into drawing fullbodies, busts, etc. In a Manga style, but it doesn't seem right? Do you still have to use the 6/7/8 circle method in digital? Does anyone know any hand tutorials or how to draw bodies. I've looked up a lot, but it doesn't seem to really click in my brain.
I tried to see references of it by watching Anime for the first time in my life. I know practice makes perfect, but I also want something to see so I know how I can fix it.

Ty Ty!

that's right my bby girl, practice is all you need. you can practice sketching first. forget about trying to make them look 'right' for the time being. it is hard to draw if your hand is stiff. I recommend you find a simple full-body drawing and try to copy from it, over and over. just sketch, move your hands and try not to erase too much. practice making lines so it flows (I don't know how to explain this better) but all it takes is really practice because watching a tutorial won't make your hands more skilled. in the meantime, I'll help you look for simple guides.

all the best!

But when you trace images, when later on the style is used but with different clothes, won't it look like I'm plagiarizing?

oooh you misunderstood me. I suggested you copy (just like how an artist paints still life- observe and try to redraw it), not necessarily trace, from a drawing as a practice- in order to get a better grasp at drawing full bodies, to sharpen your skills. once you have a better understanding of it, you can draw your own.

I don't see a problem with tracing or copying when you use it for personal practice, but I do see a problem if you trace from another artist and sell your drawings. Use another art piece as reference, tracing may help because you can remember your motions better in action. Don't bother trying to make everything perfect on the first run -- just sketch, make your strokes flow with your movement and once you're done sketching, you can go back and refine your line art. You can also use tutorials and try copying what they do while you watch -- try to develop these skills and your own art style as you practice and watch others. Once you have the anatomy down, you can apply what you learned in your own work, all the while adding your own "touch," quirks, etc. to make it your own distinct work instead of flat-out copying another artist.

Hope that sort of helps?

I found a really good advice thread. the video on how to draw anatomy is really good, I used it too. other users also posted some great tips. I hope you will find them helpful^^

tbh ive basically completely ditched the skeleton or circle methods or whatever besides a couple lines in the hands and a circle on the head. i just follow some basic anatomical rules and adjust until it looks right. imo pre-sketch skeletons are just a waste of time and often results in a work with less fluidity, but it does help some people so thats just a personal choice. i also wouldnt recommend specific tutorials or body tutorials. id recommend just looking up pictures of bodies and hands and drawing them, filling pages with drawings. dont erase if it looks wrong, finish the drawing, and then move on and do it again. i guess my main advice would be do lots of personal studies, never give up on a drawing, never hide what youre bad at drawing, and just keep going. when you have artblock try not to stop drawing, draw anything. thats how i improved at a decent pace, but not every method works for everyone

Oh so keep drawing even when it looks really wrong?

itsk bby -- I still suck at drawing hands and anatomy :'D
but as others have said all you really need is practice -- I tend to use http://fav.me/d4brw9f for my hand tutorial.
well not so much tutorial as a look-a-like.
as for anatomy I usually do blocks then curves then details and stuff.
uhm -- let me see if I could find a tutorial
