Help me pick a new celestial-based town name!

I study astronomy and just received my new game card today to start a new town.. help me pick out from my list of celestial-based town names, or share new ideas if you’d like!

Aurora
Eclipse
Nebula
Celestia
Lysithea
Arcturus
Lyra
Starfall
Scorpius
Luna
Spectra
Lumina
Neutrino
Quasar
Apastron
Corona
Stardust
Estrella

I’m leaning towards Lysithea (one of Jupiter’s irregular orbiting objects) but haven’t fully decided!

I think Lysithea is a good name. I don't think I've heard of a town with that name before, so it would be unique.

I also like Arcturus, though mostly because I'm a fan of Starcraft.

Thanks! Arcturus is my second choice too.. sounds kind of dark and it?s a super bright red star!

I really like stardust and Estrella! I?ll add those :) nebula gives me a pretty picture in my head when I think of it!

Don?t say that lol you?re fine! That was actually my concern was using an overused name.. I do like the rarer ones tbh. I love Lumina, Corona, and Lysithea because I?ve never seen them in any towns before!
Love the Sirius idea! Side note: did you know a lot of Harry Potter characters are named after stellar objects? Sirius, Bellatrix and Draco are all bright stars in the sky!

Meissa is the star that's orion's head, that's a cute character name.
 
Lysithea is very beautiful and a name I haven't heard before. You could also use some of these names for your mayor or other characters. Lyra, Estrella and Aurora are all lovely names for a female character in my opinion.
 
Here's my thoughts:

Aurora
I think this name is more fitting for a person or pet, but not a village.

Eclipse
I can't help but think of bubblegum xD I guess that proves ad brainwashing does work to an extent :0

Nebula
I like this name, though it's pretty generic.

Celestia
Again, I think this better fits a person or pet. I love the name though!

Lysithea
Well it's unique, but I personally don't really like it. That's just me (probably).

Arcturus
I like this one!

Lyra
Pokemon ._.

Starfall
I like this one a whole lot too!

Scorpius
Mmm...there's better choiceson your list

Luna
Cute name for a person or cat, but not a town, imo.

Spectra
I'm not really feeling this one :(

Lumina
I like this one too. I think it can fit person, animal and town. It means luminous, I believe, so I imagine a bright town full of positivity.

Neutrino
The male version of Neutrina dog chow. xD

Not feeling it. :/

Again ads ruined this one for me :(

If names could be longer Id like this one for my town paired with "valley" Stardust Valley

Once again. To me a better name for a person or pet than a town.

Starfall is my favorite. I may have to steal it if I ever make a celestial based themed town.

I appreciate your input! And I totally love that you?ll use Starfall! I actually decided to go with Lumina :)

I didn't know that, that's really interesting. I also really love rare names, when naming a town, I check the Dream Suite to see if and how many other towns have the name I'm interested in. I like being the only one, or one of less than 10.
I'm glad you went with Lumina, (not that what I think matters) it brings to my mind a soft light with a bright center, it's a very refreshing name.

I know :( I hate that such cool names have brands attached to them sometimes lol! And OMG I LOVED that harvest moon game, I remember that you can marry lumina in the special Japanese version of the game! I know it was reminding me of something but I couldn?t remember where!
Quasar makes me think of cool space rays, and starfall is definitely very beautiful - I?m like on the fence because I think of pretty meteor showers (I know I said I picked lumina, but really I can change it because I?ve been plot resetting for the past two hours)

I feel the same way, it brings such a soft glow light picture to the mind - kind of like lumos from Harry Potter! But more starlike
I mainly picked it picked I used my real name (Winonah) and I think Winonah and lumina go good together!
