Help me plan this for my parents

Hello,
My beloved mom and dad are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and I am really happy for them. Now, I want to plan something special for their big day. I thought of sending them to some romantic place for a few days. They have never traveled on a cruise, and it had always been my mom's wish to travel on a cruise. So, I thought this would be just perfect. I am planning a trip for them on a small ship cruise. But, I am just worried if they would enjoy it. Will they find it boring? I don?t know much about cruising, so please help me. Will this be a good idea, considering their age?

Idk how old your parents are but my grandparents are in their 70s and they went on a cruise with their relatives recently who are in that age range and they all loved it.

Although if you wanna be sure maybe you can sneak the topic of cruises into a conversation and see what they think?

It's a good idea But make sure their jobs will allow them the time off because some jobs will not allow spontaneous vacation time.
