Help me remove flowers?

My island is absolutely overrun by flowers; I want to organize them into a grid for breeding them.

I'd give everyone best friend privileges so you can use shovels; I can supply shovels as well.

I want ALL of the flowers gone except for the amount necessary for the grid(s).

I have a trash can, but I can craft multiple for efficiency if needed.

I'd need help making the grids as well (sorry).

I have 10m bells in bank; I also have 30k NMs. You can pick what you'd prefer to be paid with.

I need a lot of help; I understand if this gets no takers, I just figured I'd ask.
