Basically what you want to do is upload the picture to the internet using an image upload site (TinyPic, ImageShack, Photobucket, etc...). Than once that image has a URL, you'll want to hit the [Image] button above the textbox for posts. Than all you'll have to do is paste the URL into the little popup, that comes up and you're good.
