Clothing Help! Really blurry image :(

I have seen this image quite a bit, but I can never scan it.

The only time I've seen it that it wasn't that small, was in a YouTube video.

If someone could find me an image that would scan, (or maybe try to modify the image to make it less blurry?) I would gladly pay them in bells. I'm really desperate for the code, plus I am a huge QR fan. I will pay you 600k bells and one basket of perfect peaches. (if they aren't your native)
