🚂 Help unlocking Train Station upgrades - 76 visits needed!

I need some help unlocking the Train Station upgrades before the servers close down in April.

I have had 24 visits to my town, so I need 76 visits to unlock the pwps. Any help with this would be much appreciated, and I will gladly give visitors tbt for the trouble!
