Help with CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX?

I'm trying to download some complements from the program's website but as soon as I hit download, nothing happens, instead I get this (it's in spanish, sorry):



It says I would need to install some other program, idk. And that the address isn't comprensible?
Any idea of how can I fix it? Ty in advance.

it should come with CSP's updates!
