Hey... not sure if this belongs here. but how do i create signature? what program do i use??

haii! My opinion on making signatures, is that the program that most users use is Photoshop, but there is a free website you can use for making signatures, which is called Pixlr Editor. To get the sprites and the background, you can get those off of Google Images, but I prefer getting the sprites as transparent, so you won't see a white square that has a sprite on it.
