Help with Signature

Hello! I've been seeing people's signatures, and I've been wanting one like it so bad...this may be a terrible explanation, but I mean the ones with the cute little scenery in the background, with the name of their town and the villagers and a small pixelated picture of the villager and stuff...hopefully someone understand what I'm talking about.

Anyway, how do I make a signature like that? I really want one!

I'd use GIMP, personally, but wouldn't know where to start for getting a nice background and text.

You'd be best off paying someone to do it for you on here, though it may look similar to others. Don't get anything without seeing a preview first, especially if you want an animated one since some of them have such jarring loops.
