I'm new here and I haven't received my starting amount of TBT bells yet! When will they come?

From what I've been told, the TBT gifting system is lagging. So it might be a while before you get them. I'm still waiting on my Birthday TBT bells, and my Birthday was on April 25, so it's been a week and I still haven't got them :/

You get them in installments of a couple hundred or so at a time, they stop after 60 or so posts.

That was in 2012.(I went and checked your friend's transaction logs)
Our system doesn't work like that anymore. You don't automatically get bells for just signing up like you used to be able to.
You'll have to earn bells like everyone else by posting in threads and generally just being active on the site.
