Hey guys my name is Ali. I'm looking to have some people visit my town but before that I need to know how to kick/ban people so no one destroys my hybrid flowers or makes a mess. Hello Ali! Thanks for signing up! Now let's see, if someone is causing mayhem in your town the BEST action to take is Turn off your Wifi switch on your 3DS. This will kick everyone out of the town & whatever trades or theft that has taken place AFTER your last Save (when someone visits, your game is Saved) never happened.
Some points:
Do NOT leave your Gate open unless you're expecting someone.
NEVER have multiple visitors present during trades.
During a trade, speak to the Turtle @ the Train Station & close your Gate- this will keep visitors from entering so you can focus on the trade.
A member's Wifi-Rating is a decent indicator of their trading habits. Additionally, skim through their posts to acquire a general idea if they're fair or troublemakers.
If you suspect someone that has wronged your Town, there is no Banning Option but to Remove that person off of your Friends List.
