HHD All Items Given By Villagers?

If I understand it right, when you go to the HHD and make a house for a villager, they make it possible to be able to obtain (Buy) certain items that are unique to them. Does anyone know if there is a list of items that each villager makes possible to obtain? Thank you.

Here's a spreadsheet of all the HHP unlocks for any given villager. I don't think that there's any items that are specifically unique to any given villager; most/all items have a couple of different villagers that unlock them, making it easier to find at least one villager you need.

Thank you for the response, I've seen that spreadsheet and for instance, it has for villager (ione) it says that she unlocks a (Shell Music Box) but when I go to Wertle there is no (Shell Music Box) for sale. I have heard that it is a DIY object. I'm sure that I am just confused. Thanks again.

I’ve designed over sixty homes and was shocked that I’d somehow not unlocked a rotary phone yet. So random when it looks like I’ve unlocked every other item, or at least it was the first time I was looking for something from Wardell that he didn’t have!

All items that are exclusively crafted through DIY cannot be purchased from Wardell.
