HHP question Multiple players same island

We have three family members sharing one Switch and one island, playing three characters. One character, not the island representative, has been employed at Paradise Planning for about a week now. The other two characters have never gotten the call to meet Lottie. How do we get the other two players involved in Paradise Planning also?

The residents must place their tent on the island to become a resident. Wait a day, and then you should get a phone call from Tom Nook saying that Lottie wants to see you by the airport. Just remember the person who is the Resident Represenative must have own the Happy Home Paradise DLC in order for it to work.

They are all residents of the island and have houses. The one who is working for Lottie is actually the newest and least advanced player-resident on our island.

Hmm I think that may explain why its not showing up. You see because when someone has the Nintendio Online Expansion membership it only applies to one user. So it means that the other users on the switch cannot gain access to the Happy Home Paradise DLC. In my case I was able to buy the stand alone version and many of my users can access the Happy Home Paradise DLC. Its pretty dumb how it works but you can blame Nintendo for that.

So because the user has the Nintendo Online Membership Expansion it prevents other users who don't have NSO not have access to the Happy Home Paradise DLC.

Im not sure if this helps, but I have two other Reps who, I dont believe I have been invited. So I think only one of the reps is able to work at hhp.
