HHP question

hi! ive never played the hha/hhp before and i just started like right now lol sooo im on my second vacation home and my client wants a gym themed home. they gave me the outside to do right off and i noticed in my first home that whenever i put down something that the client loved that they would either clap or have a heart above their head. with this client he doesnt like/love anything that ive put down, including the gym stuff that he wants. im rather lost here about what to do because if the client doesnt like anything thats available....help please?

It doesn't matter much if you use items they don't clap for or love tbh haha don't stress too much over it, the best way to do homes is let yourself have creative freedom regardless. If the villager does love something, nifty! even if not no worries just use it and have fun : D I do all my homes based on how I feel it should look and just pure creativity! Just have fun and use whatever works best in your mind^^

Oh and trust me they always love the end result lol.

As long as you put out the items they picked in their house, you’re fine— pick what you like to compliment their choices. You get some funny dialogue if you forget one, but that’s it— you can’t complete the house without them

If you're too lazy to decorate, you can just put the 2-3 required items and call it a day. That's how others played through HHD (and now HHP) to unlock everything as soon as possible. Then just return to it later when all features are available.

The others are right. As long as the three required items they show you and you find there at the house initially upon arrival are there you’re good to go even if you don’t do anything else aside from opening their boxes. Lolll

I think the reactions are random. Sometimes if you put away and item and place it again, you'll get a different reaction.

hahaha! i literally spent around two hours on the outside of that clients house before you guys responded! i was going crazy because im a bit impatient. can you go back later and make the houses *and exteriors too* look better?

Yep! When you choose to remodel someone's house, you get the same regular options, including changing the exterior
