hhp question

im on the hhp island doing the fashion shop now and during it the game asks you to put down mannequins, one for the head, one for the torso and one for the leggings, but theres no way to dress them so i tried to find the information online and found a site that said the mannequin parts are for you to buy items through them...is that the case? you cant dress them at all?

No, you can't dress them, because after you finish the fashion shop, every day features a new item on it for you to buy.
