When buying from Wardell what exactly can you buy from him? It seems to me it's only items you have used in vacation homes(I originally thought it was all unlocked items) not counting items you would have to get from Saharah(I used the candles wall and magick cirlce floor but it's not in the buyable catalog).

Also how do yall choose roommates? I only need a few cause I'm just trying to unlock the second floor of the cafe. Do you just put the same species together? Villagers with similiar vacation home designs?

When I talk to potential clients I have an option that says I have some ideas. What does choosing this option do?

How do you unlock the second floor of the restaurant?

You can buy any item that would normally be re-orderable form Nook's catalogue ... So you can't order anything that's normally labelled 'Not for Sale' or 'Seasonal' ... Saharah's walls and floors are normally 'Not for Sale', therefore un-orderable ...

I haven't done roomies since the one that's kind of forced on you to teach you it, but I would make roomies if they make sense ... Like Chrissy and Francine being sisters, or Nan and Chavre who have each other's photos in their homes normally .... An out-there one is Zoe and Alli, who are best friends according to Alli's e-Reader card ... and if Poko was in the game, he'd go with his dad, Ike ...

Which brings me neatly to the restaurant ... You unlock it by having 3 roomie couples ...
