About the HHP catalogue.... We can’t order clothing items from it? Or is this just locked until we get the clothing shop or something? Honestly a tiny bit disappointed to discover it’s just furniture items- hoping that clothing store i haven’t gotten to yet makes things better

Correct. You're only able to order reorderable furniture, flooring and wallpaper that you can use on the archipelago in addition to the HPP-themed items.

I also just found out that you cannot send the items to your friends if you try to use the Catalog service from Wardell.

I think clothing isn’t offered because unlike Nook’s Cranny items, every variation will eventually appear on your island from either Able Sisters or Kicks
