Thunder - Well, there's a sticky thread for *trading*. However, it doesn't work, and cyclers (I'm sure you're familiar with them, right?) are pretty much out of luck because of how stupid the sticky is. The cyclers keep getting their threads locked due to the rule "Not Using Stickies and Official Threads", even though they have direct permission from a moderator to continue their threads.
