i have been playing this game for over SIX YEARS & i have NEVER had this psychic's dummy's shop in any of my town

nor have i ever seen it until like...last year.... i know...its sad (everyone press f to pay respect)

anyways

Hey friend! Unfortunately it doesnt actually work if you visit Katrina in someone else's town. She has to be in your town for it to count. The way I did it, when she was in my town, I created alts to go and visit her then delete them and do it over and over until she finally said she's going to set up shop, although I do believe you have to do the last visit with your mayor character so she can actually tell you this. (I did this a very long time ago) hope this helps!
