TBT bells are a form of currency on this site/forum and you can accumulate them through posting and often times making shops to sell in-game items or art/signatures as I do<(^_^

A signature is sort of either a designed image to represent your Animal Crossing town w/ villager pixels and whatnot or simply a design you like in your posts under the area where I have my anime banner/images. Hope this simple explanation was helpful xD And I hope you enjoy it here at TBT<3
