Turnips high price for turnip

Hello I see lot of post were turnip price are really high. Every time I check on my Island they are under 100. How do so you guys do to get high price for them?. Is there something specific or those that is just random?. Do you have to have the whole town decorated and have 5 start?.

I believe it to be random. Mine is typically between 43 to 123 (approximately)
Only once did I get a high number, and when my store closed early (bec I TT) when I back dated to open the store, I lost the high price and was not able to get anything close no matter how much I TT'd
