I purchased the "user title color change" but my user title's color never changed xd. why though?

Alright, now I'm upset. I did exactly what it said, put in the hex for the color I wanted (0000CD) and it still didn't change my user title color ;-; And I can't re-configure it.

well then it seems you'll have to buy a new one? next time try "#0000CD"

u have 4k tbt so it shouldn't be a problem buying a new one.

You'll have to put the # in front of the hex code, so you'd have to enter #0000CD for it to recognize the color. It should preview underneath the box where you enter the color, so if the desired color isn't showing up there it means you didn't enter it correctly.

It's a problem when I was on the fence buying the first one. It's a bit frustrating that they didn't add a "this can't be reconfigured" message or something into the item description.
