The Homebrew channel is not for editing your town. The HBC is really for running Homebrew applications. You use one of these applications to cheat and edit your town. To get the Homebrew Channel go to www.wiibrew.org There are some instructions there. You will have to have a copy of Twilight Princess. Town's are edited with something called ACToolKit... This lets you edit your town. The cheat programs are separate from this.
That is the ACToolKit. You can just type that into a search engine and find it. You need a Save Extractor to extract your save file from the Wii. Then you put it on your computer and edit it with the software. You should also make a backup because there have been people who have accidently bricked their towns. Then when done you would end up taking it and using the save loader or whatever it is called and put your save file back onto your Wii. I have never personally used the ACToolKit. But I have seen the instructions on how to do so. I was too afraid to accidently ruin my town

ive been thinking about gettting homebrew but the instructions were too confusing.
It really is simple to get. You download the Twilight Hack and the Homebrew channel software. You take your Twilight Princess save file, put it on your computer (This is so you can keep it and not start over), you then delete the save file from your Wii. Put the new save file (The Twilight Hack) back onto your Wii in place of your old save file. You then open Twilight Princess, talk to the guy, then follow the simple instructions from there which are really just "Press A to agree." Then once the Homebrew channel is saved, you can download the homebrew browser. This is so you dont have to mess with downloading off the computer and can just get homebrew directly from your Wii
