Casually Crushing It
So... I will happily admit that this idea is inspired by so many people who show off their islands as they progress and, while I am admittedly much farther in the game than many who do things like this, I've been wanting to as I fall more in love with my island... So let's start it like this... There will be days posted BUT it will be the day of the journal and NOT the day of the island. 
Hopefully that makes sense. Feel free to post and welcome to the journey of Phixious!
Day 1:
I woke up to a letter from Phoebe. I should probably write her back and let her know that I adore her, even if others find her intimidating...
I've been working on my path placement before I get carried away decorating. Finally have most of it finished!
It helped finally getting my flower breeding field finished. Granted, not a lot is here, but I'm all for simplistic and it will take a while for me to get all the needed flowers to fill it, but that's part of the fun for me!
I've also been slowly updating my "holiday" island... which needs a better name. I'm open to suggestions! The decoration here will change monthly if I can find good decor each month! Only thing staying the same are the trees and paths.
And I'm almost finished with my orchard/pumpkin patch fields. Erik is happily taking care of them for me, and this little fountain area in front of his land is my current happy place!
And last but certainly not LEAST for the day is I have Redd visiting! I haven't checked his art yet, but I'm usually lucky enough to get one real one, so I should head into that place soon. Even though it's almost too dark for these old eyes to see!
And that's it for this beautiful Monday morning/afternoon for me! Progress will be slow and I almost regret not starting this when I started the island, as I have completely reshaped it twice now... But I don't regret it enough to re-start. I hope you all enjoy the adventures of Drew on Phixious as much as I do!
