Yes, but you have to upgrade your house to unlock different types of customization. You also get free house upgrades when you have fully upgraded (and paid for) your house, so I'd leave customization until that point.

Well, no, not really. if someone is asking HOW to unlock something, then spoil away. But if someone's asking "is it possible?" its just a yes or no answer type of deal. Depends on the context.

Yep, a lifetime of free exterior upgrades after the place is maxed out and paid for.

I've seen footage of it all.

Some of it is really good, but the awesome exteriors and mailboxes NL had like garden and sweets are gone.

There are no house styles, like the Zen Castle, etc.

I thought it was helpful. Personally I wouldn't appreciate a yes or no answer if I was asking if something can be done in the game.

Well I presume you don't need the max upgrade to get the max exterior changes, if it's anything like storage space.
