House Ideas for Special Characters?

You know those moments where you scan an amiibo (a special character amiibo) and then they just say they'll leave it up to you? I need some house ideas for special characters like Isabelle, K.K., Saharah, Digby, etc. Is there any house ideas you have for them? Or do you like go based off of their character design and design their house that way? :O

for saharah, give her a desert theme with pyramids, VERY special carpet and wallpaper.
K.K. don't have it full of instruments, but with a guitar, albums, music player, etc. idk

I made Tortimer's house look like the island! I made it nice for him since hes retired and what not.
I have no idea what to do with some of the other special characters. I'm so excited to possibly do Isabelle's house and Cyrus and Reese <3

I haven't had the chance to do this yet, but I would base it more off their personalities than the functions they exist for in New Leaf. What I mean is, rather than replicating their houses to be versions of their stores or like, in the case of Isabelle, making it essentially look like her office... I would rather give her a retreat from that and just try to make it cute and sweet, full of stuff I think she would like/appreciate. (And seashells on her mantlepiece, for sure )

Well - obviously you'd want to fill the room with stuff the character would like, so I guess that goes without saying... but you know what I mean. I guess if they don't have too strong a personality or give you much to go off of, you could just design to your heart's content and hope they're pleased with whatever you come up with!

I have a thing for matching the colour scheme of the house to the colour scheme of the villager so I usually go from there!

For K.K I am using the Basement as a dance floor, the main floor as a bar and the top floor is his apartment/writting studio, I don't know if I'll be able to fit everything I want on the top floor but it would be also cool to put a little corner as a "recording studio" but I don't know if I'll have room.

I made Harriet's a salon and Luna's a spa. I also made Resetti's into a cabin, but I'm going to edit it into a construction site! Tom Nook's is a skyscraper!
