Because I hate stages that are really small.

In the 1st S.S.B. all the stages took up most of the screen, but now it seems that they're getting smaller, and smaller...

*I hate getting knocked off because of stupid things*

Yeah Hyrule Temple was my favorite, and I hated stages like Final Destination, Kirby place, Yoshi place, and all the other little ones.

Hyrule Temple was okay... Your opponents could run away. T.T

I liked the smaller stuff like Battlefield, Fountain of Dreams... Platforms, not to mention there's barely any hazards on the courses.

Most of them seem really small, with little variations between them.
Ok, exception with DK Falls.
That's basically the Ice Climbers Stage.

I know... why are so many of them just platforms?
Exactly, they all look like Battle station? I forget it's name.
In SSBM They was a background to it, trees, skyscrappers.
But as Storm says it's all platforms.

Yeah, I like the big stages that just seemed... IDK, BIGGER? Seriously.

But if they won't give us the big stages we deserve... I say we tip something over!

Little stages are great for duels [Link Vs. Roy, etc.]

But big stages are ANNOYING when your partner or enemy just hides... Or jumps off "on accident."

The N64 SSB (I own it) has 4 large stages (Sector Z, Saffron City, Hyrule Castle, and Mushroom Kingdom), a medium one (Zebes), and four small ones. In my opinion. I actually thought SSBM had more large stages than small.

And if you mean stages in general, no, I think stages have stayed about the same.

Stayed the same?

Anyways I'm kinda talking about places where you can put up a crazy good fight with or without weapons and still live to get some revenge.

Examples:

* Smashing a player a bunch but then they swoop down and bomb you. [Really funny.]

* Catching bombs or getting hit by them and BARELY living. [Kinda off topic...]

* Nuking someone with Pokeballs and then they still live and kill you.

:p

Also... For big stages it's easier to mess with people...

[Grabbing them with DK and then kill both... Na, I'll save it. ;]
