How common are the building models?

Just started getting back into Population Growing, I started at night so all the shops were closed but I still had to do Nooks work, at some point I noticed that he was selling a model of the train station, I couldn't get it because I had finished all the tasks before the night had ended but I really want to know how common it is to get these items.

Hmm, good question. I know there are different "groups" of items you can buy from his shop, where certain items are more common than others would be in that town. I'm wondering if the building models falls under a certain group, or perhaps they're split across several groups.

I was actually completely unaware that you could buy the train station model tbh, I've only ever received it as part of the holiday.

I didn't know Tom Nook sold Train Station models, and I've been playing this game for years. Maybe he did sell it sometime in my town and I just forgot about it. Don't worry though. During the month of July you can receive a free Train Station model from Tortimer. In fact most, if not all of the building models are obtained through special holidays. As long as you play on those days and talk to Tortimer, you will get your models.

Of course the Train Station has 15 different models. If you want one that looks different from that in your town, you will probably have to enter in a code. Either that or make another town with the station you want.
