How do I block someone?

I need to get a CERTIAN someone to leave me alone. -_- I alson need to find out how to delete comments on threads.

You cannot delete comments. To ignore a user, go to their profile and select, "Add To Ignore List" under their username.

Well, you can report a post on a thread, and the staff will then decide whether or not it deserves removed depending on the reason you give. As for blocking people, simply go to their profile page and click the "Add to Ignore List" button.
