For Wild World, if you send a lot of letters to one person, do all they're favors, talk to them alot, you'll get it quicker, but it requires alot of work, to get your villagers to ! you, try leaving it on for awhile, while standing in a place for away from any villagers. (Not including houses).

haha, i'm pretty good at becoming their friends =D
but yeah, you have to send them some gifts, talk to them a lot, do their favors...etc.
then they'll walk up to you one day and give it to you.
i have a full room of animal pictures. =)

I have a picture room containing 24 pictures.

Just hastle them and talk to them all the time.
Dont talk to them if their in their house its a waste of time
Every day just go in their house and check on them and make sure they dont move away.
Do whatever they ask buy them something and mail stuff to other animal crossing characters and you'll get their pic. in no time.

I just get them when my neighbours give them to me. There was one I never talked to (and for a good reason too) who gave me their pic...
