How do people make such good Sigs?

I really want to put up my own Sig shop, But I have no idea how people do them so well and what programs they use? I can't really buy anything. I'm guessing most people use Photoshop which sucks for me. If anyone knows a good free photo editing software, Could you please tell me? Thank You! And also, Did I post this in the right place? I've only ever really done trades and such xD

You can use GIMP, a free alternative to Photoshop.

Gimp is a good free editing software and there's lots of tutorials out there.

I got my copy of photoshop CC off of torrent. That is what a lot of people use for animated gif signatures, for regular signatures, i also downloaded and use Coral PSP X6

If you download cracked versions of licensed programs, please be careful. It's very easy to find these downloads using Google, but there may be lurking viruses!

I have a cracked version of Photoshop CS5 from a friend on youtube.
I'm not sure if I can send it to you, if you'd have to re-crack the security code.

But if you find me a place to host my copy, I can send it to you as well as teach you some tricks.
I do all my own gfx and signature making.
