How do you become a mod?

I'm not saying I want to be one, I'm just curious, how do you become a mod?

if you can't tell me its fine, I'll understand of its an all mighty secret

I'm pretty sure you just fill out a mod application whenever they have openings/are hiring (they will announce it). It's kinda like applying for a regular job. They judge you based on certain criteria like helpfulness, communication, etc.

I believe that they are temporarily not accepting any forms or applications is of now They said they'd contact you themselves if they feel you would be a good mod.
