You can also get a box without a title by adding = and a space after spoiler.

Just to answer your questions, if you wanted to change "Spoiler" to "Villagers", you would do

Spoiler: Villagers

at the beginning instead of just

Spoiler

. However, the ending would stay the same. Also, if you want your text as described above, you would just put the text exactly like that but just in the spoiler tags. So, in result, it would probably look like this:

Spoiler: Villagers
