How do you earn eggs

I don't know if I posted thread like this before or not.
But anyways how do you earn eggs and I mean the egg thing that's under the bells thing that's under my avatar. And no I'm not talking about the collectibles.
Like do I get them by doing an egg hunt thing on belltree when its Easter.

Eggs as currency are obtainable by finding an image of egg somewhere in this site, or by solving a clue. They appear while the Annual Easter Egg Hunt event is held, and some collectibles can be only purchased with these.

Same, iirc they never been this slow on removing other currency.. .It's just a tiny bother for me I guess but it looks a bit ugly...
