How do you gift collectables?

been looking around for the answer and I can't find it >< Anyone help?

 

[Flop]

Click Shop > Inventory > Gift > and then enter the recipient's name

Shop>Inventory>Find the collectible>Click Gift>Put the users, Username and add a message if you want>Click save.
