how do you start a group

Im not sure if this is the right forum or not and im a newcomer wondering how do you start a group. just wondering,... i realyyyy want to know :veryhappy:

i don't think you can actually make one,
but i'm not sure.

You can make an unofficial group, but in order for it to be on TBT's group page, it needs to have gained a lot of popularity, and be able to sustain that popularity for a long period of time.
