how does the campsite work as it pertains to kicking villagers out lol

I have the campsite and Blanche is there. I want her to move in but she refuses b/c I have 10.

The extremely ugly and hideous Chops asked to move my town on the same day and I will gladly throw him out and hopefully never see his nasty disgusting face again.

Can I still not invite Blanche? Does there need to be an open plot on the same day there's a camper? If so, that overlap seems like a really low probability to me. If there's a camper, can I have someone else come get her and take her instead

I think when you have 10 villagers and you get a (non amiibo) campsite villager you can kick out a RANDOM villager if you talk to the camper. They say that they're thinking someone is thinking of moving out but you cant choose them since it isnt an amiibo camper.

So maybe go try talking to her again and see what she says?

This is correct, had a friend off site get a bit annoyed that one of his villagers he didn't to leave got booted for Raymond.

Go on and see the random villager. If it isn't one you want, immediately click home and close the game before an autosave can hit. Keep repeating this until they select the villager you want

They won't move in though LOL they keep saying no. Is it because someone asked to move out today? idgi

That is probably the problem. It might be 1 out a day max and you already have 1 leaving
