Does it increase in value by a certain percentage per day?

I heard that the silver watering can can revive red turnips (that was from a AC villager btw) so does that mean if you keep watering it with the silver watering can, you can sell it for even more?

Step 1. Find Joan on Sunday between 9am-12pm.
Step 2. Buy a red turnip seed.
Step 3. Bury in clear area and water.
<big>Step 4. Make sure to water everyday!</big>
Step 5. Dig up on the following Sunday.
Step 6. Sell to Nook for 16,000 bells!
