How many houses to unlock every single feature in HHP? (spoilers)

So I unlocked the "ending" for HHP and boy was it AMAZING. Better than the main game's ending lol. Anyway, a few houses after that, I unlocked another feature :O Releasing bugs in the yard! I love this feature so much! Then I unlocked adding a ward to the hospital. So I just wanna know how many houses it takes to fully unlock every single feature? Please do not tell me what any of the features are. I just want an exact number for the amount of houses needed to be completed before everything is done. Thank you!! <3
