a n d i lost my wacom tablet months ago but i rlly wanted to draw so i looked up a random drawing app a week ago and just started sketching stUFF with my fingers ANSKSKSK

I would do 200 tbt for them or higher. It's very good quality
As for RLC, I usually do the rate per hour thing. I think I heard that it's $6/7 per hour for minimum wage (you can always go higher!) and then time the amount it takes you to do a piece. As your schedule gets busier, adjust the prices to keep control of demand.

You could open a thread doing PWYW and just say in the description you won't draw EVERYONE you will only accept who to draw based on like 70% offer 30% interest (like interests you have in their character/acnl mayor/etc) ? or whichever % you feel like saying.
I've seen ppl do that and it's a good way to see how much users are willing to pay.
also if you don't wanna reject ppl so up front you could say "i'll like your post/VM if I accept your offer" you know haha

you have good detail in your art too ^^ like the wrinkles in the clothing look realistic, good shading etc & i love the way you draw the lips so pretty ;-; so I would imagine around 300 bells. but i'm not that good at picking prices.
